Training at micropräzision GmbH

As a modern and aspiring company, we continuously invest in education and further training. We train interested young people to qualified technical experts, so that they are ready for the future. The aspiring experts are completely integrated in the production process.

We mainly train employees as “Machining mechanics in the area of Turning and Milling”.
Generally, the training period lasts for three and a half years.

Minimum requirements for this are

  • Certificate of Secondary Education with 2.5
  • Manual skill
  • Technical understanding

Training process:

1st year of apprenticeship

  • Core qualifications, e.g. labour law, safety, environmental protection
  • Differentiating, assigning and handling materials and auxiliary materials
  • Manufacturing components and modules
  • Planning and organising work

2nd year of apprenticeship

  • Planning the production process
  • Manufacturing workpieces
  • Control technology

3rd and 4th year of apprenticeship

  • Monitoring and optimising the production processes
  • Programming numerically controlled machine tools
  • Setting up machine tools
